Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product managers, C-suite executives, and external research partners to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards and architectural patterns across the organization.
- Future-Proofing: Anticipate industry shifts and proactively adapt the system design to meet future demands.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Forward-Thinking: Demonstrated ability to work on bleeding-edge projects and adapt to rapidly evolving tech stacks.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
