Responsibilities
- Architect and define the technical vision for the 2026 Horizon product suite, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists to deliver breakthrough features ahead of the 2026 deadline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure best practices in security and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and establish a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Principal role.
- Proven expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and high-scale distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated experience managing complex project lifecycles and delivering on aggressive timelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
