- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic architectural vision for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, reliability, and innovation across all engineering domains.
- System Design: Design and implement high-level system architectures that integrate AI-driven decision-making and real-time data processing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Technical Governance: Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices to maintain code quality and system integrity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and product stakeholders.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Oversee the migration to next-gen cloud environments, optimizing for performance and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Programming Proficiency: Mastery of high-level languages such as Python, Java, or Go, with a strong understanding of system-level programming.
- Future-Ready Skills: Demonstrated experience implementing AI/ML components into core infrastructure.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, large-scale technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
