Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap, focusing on emerging technologies expected to mature by 2026, including advanced LLMs and edge computing.
- Lead Engineering Excellence: Mentor senior engineering teams and establish architectural standards that ensure scalability, security, and performance at a global scale.
- Innovate with AI: Design systems that integrate generative AI agents into core workflows, optimizing for efficiency and reduced hallucination rates.
- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Continuously research and prototype new technologies (Web3, Spatial Computing, Quantum algorithms) to determine their viability for our product suite.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of complex data pipelines and real-time neural network feedback loops.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with proven experience building high-concurrency distributed systems.
- AI/ML Proficiency: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning methodologies, and transformer architectures.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes technical problems with innovative solutions.
