Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 Synthetic Intelligence roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals.
- Design and prototype next-generation neural networks and generative AI models capable of adaptive learning.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver high-impact features.
- Establish architectural standards, code reviews, and best practices to ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with quantum computing research teams to integrate hybrid processing models into existing AI stacks.
- Oversee the integration of ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation protocols into core algorithms.
- Present technical roadmaps and architectural decisions to executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI or high-tech environments.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), large language models (LLMs), and neural architecture search.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, scalable systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts is a strong plus.
