Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for the 2026 Protocol, ensuring seamless integration of classical and quantum workflows.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in optimizing data pipelines for high-throughput neural networks.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability across the stack.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate theoretical research into production-ready quantum algorithms.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Monitor system performance and stability, proactively identifying bottlenecks in distributed environments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on Quantum Computing or AI.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with practical experience in quantum simulation libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems that handle petabytes of data.
- Strong understanding of machine learning paradigms and hardware acceleration (GPUs/TPUs/QPUs).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
