Job Description
The Opportunity:
We are not just building software for today; we are architecting the infrastructure for 2026 and beyond. Apex Horizon Technologies is seeking a visionary Lead Architect to spearhead our next-generation AI and Quantum computing roadmap. You will define the technical strategy that will power our solutions in the year 2026, bridging the gap between current deep learning models and future-proof, scalable neural networks.
Why Join Us?
As we expand our R&D division, we are looking for a pioneer to lead our '2026 Initiative.' You will have the autonomy to shape the stack, mentor elite engineering talent, and work on projects that redefine the boundaries of artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 System Roadmap, integrating quantum-ready algorithms into current AI workflows.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to next-generation cloud-native environments, ensuring zero downtime and maximum scalability.
- Define and enforce high-level system requirements and software architecture standards across all engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business goals into technical blueprints.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, specifically focusing on predictive analytics and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance tuning to ensure systems can handle exabyte-scale data processing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software architecture experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or principal role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, and distributed systems. Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- AI/ML Focus: Strong background in designing scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast technical trends and plan long-term infrastructure strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
