Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring scalability and security.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers in designing microservices and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native architectures.
- Implement and monitor best practices for CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
- Conduct architectural reviews and mentor junior developers on advanced technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
