Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical 2026 AI Roadmap, aligning product vision with engineering capabilities.
- Lead the design of scalable distributed systems and quantum-ready architectures.
- Mentor and foster a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee system reliability, security, and performance optimization for high-traffic applications.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies to gain a competitive edge in the 2026 market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ with experience in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of system design patterns, microservices, and distributed computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
