Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and real-time processing.
- Define the technical roadmap for integrating Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into core product ecosystems.
- Lead a team of elite engineers in developing next-gen algorithms and ensuring code quality.
- Ensure ethical AI frameworks, data privacy compliance, and robust security protocols for global deployment.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic business goals into actionable technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in Edge AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models at massive scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
