Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the strategic vision for AI development, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and Autonomous Agents to shape our product pipeline.
- Architect Solutions: Design robust, scalable AI architectures that can handle enterprise-grade workloads and real-time data processing.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee the research and development of novel algorithms, collaborating with top-tier academic institutions and industry partners.
- Governance & Ethics: Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible AI usage to mitigate risk and build trust.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring senior engineers and fostering professional growth within the team.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and non-technical teams to drive alignment and buy-in.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception through to production deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and drive innovation in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
