Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AGI development targeting the 2026 milestone.
- Lead high-level architectural decisions for large-scale machine learning systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into broader product ecosystems.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers and researchers in best practices for deep learning and NLP.
- Drive the research and implementation of novel algorithms to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope.
