Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic vision for AI adoption, identifying key trends and technological advancements that will define our industry in 2026.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects focused on Large Language Models (LLMs), predictive analytics, and autonomous systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for C-suite executives and board members.
- Talent Development: Mentor and cultivate a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the deployment of AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical compliance across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and NLP.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term tech strategies and delivering measurable business results.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
