Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the company’s long-term technology and AI roadmap, aligning with business goals.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the development of next-generation AI architectures that are quantum-ready and highly scalable.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging trends (AGI, Neural Interfaces, Autonomous Systems) and integrate them into product development cycles.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and R&D teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical milestones.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and investors, articulating the value of future tech investments.
- Process Optimization: Establish technical best practices and governance frameworks for AI deployment and safety.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Education: Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of neural networks, deep learning frameworks, and distributed systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt technical strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
