Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, aligning AI capabilities with business goals.
- Architect robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure for enterprise deployment.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, Generative AI) into existing ecosystems.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate strategic visions into technical deliverables.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance across all AI operations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or artificial intelligence.
- Proven experience leading AI strategy and architecture in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
