Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for our 2026 roadmap, focusing on AI integration and spatial computing.
- Lead the design and architecture of large-scale, distributed machine learning systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant, future-proof technical solutions.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct in-depth research into emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neural Interfaces) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Oversee the integration of AI models into spatial environments to enhance user immersion and interactivity.
- Present technical strategies and roadmaps to executive stakeholders to drive business alignment.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong background in Spatial Computing, AR/VR development, or 3D graphics programming (WebGL/Unity/Unreal).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-scale systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
