Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for real-time spatial data processing.
- Lead the R&D team in exploring emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multi-modal agents.
- Define the technical vision and engineering standards for the 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex AI capabilities into seamless user experiences.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical compliance in all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical projects on time.
- Strong grasp of ethical AI principles and bias mitigation strategies.
