Responsibilities
- Architect scalable AI models specifically designed for spatial computing and Extended Reality (XR) environments.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into our Web3 decentralized applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Ensure high performance, security, and latency standards for all neural network deployments in real-time 3D spaces.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation within the AI division.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in machine learning, NLP, computer vision, or 3D graphics programming.
- Deep understanding of spatial graphics, WebXR, and immersive technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
