Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for ambitious projects.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Creative Problem Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and innovate solutions for the 'hard problems' of the future.
