Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical architecture for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- AI Integration: Lead the design and implementation of advanced Generative AI models and neural networks.
- Quantum Readiness: Architect systems that are quantum-ready, utilizing hybrid classical-quantum algorithms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- System Optimization: Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of cloud-native infrastructure.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, blockchain, and edge computing.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
- Quantum Knowledge: Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong understanding of post-quantum cryptography.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
