Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of the 2026 technological roadmap, focusing on AI integration and scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Oversee the design and implementation of complex Machine Learning models and Generative AI pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, conducting code reviews and technical architecture sessions.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and reliability across all deployed technologies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in quantum computing and edge computing to advise leadership on strategic investments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems and high-availability platforms.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
