Responsibilities

- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct research into emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Generative Adversarial Networks) to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and ethical AI practices across all engineering projects.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding cloud infrastructure and edge computing deployments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI/ML engineering teams and projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
