Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for the Project 2026 ecosystem, ensuring robustness and security.
- Model Development: Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, validation, and deployment using MLOps best practices.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
- Algorithm Optimization: Push the boundaries of computational efficiency to ensure real-time inference on edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and product managers.
- R&D: Stay ahead of industry trends, researching and integrating novel approaches in deep learning and generative AI.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a Lead or Senior AI/ML engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- System Design: Deep understanding of system architecture, microservices, and database design.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
