Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale machine learning models for the 2026 roadmap.
- Drive the research and development of novel algorithms to solve unstructured business problems.
- Oversee the MLOps pipeline, ensuring model deployment, monitoring, and retraining are seamless.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and security experts.
- Establish best practices for code quality, documentation, and AI ethics compliance.
- Present technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical audiences with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning applications.
