Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure and neural network architectures aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead Research & Development initiatives focused on cutting-edge AI models, including LLMs and multimodal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI concepts into robust, production-ready software.
- Optimize model inference latency and improve computational efficiency in high-scale cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and governance within the engineering organization.
- Mentor a team of high-potential engineers and drive technical excellence across the department.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI engineering.
- Extensive proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and experience deploying LLMs in production.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex engineering projects from conception to deployment.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
