Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of multi-modal AI models capable of real-time decision making.
- Define the technical roadmap and research directions for the 2026 product release.

- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-availability architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
