Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Design and implement the core AI infrastructure roadmap, focusing on scalability, security, and next-gen generative capabilities.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research projects exploring quantum computing integration and neural interface technologies.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the C-suite to translate business goals into technical roadmaps for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of senior engineers, data scientists, and researchers to foster a culture of innovation.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing AI models for reduced latency and increased throughput in real-time environments.
- Policy & Ethics: Establish ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML system design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed system architecture.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
