Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable ML Pipelines: Design and implement high-throughput, low-latency infrastructure for training and deploying large-scale foundation models.
- Future-Proof Roadmapping: Collaborate with product leadership to define the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, anticipating hardware and software shifts.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize GPU cluster efficiency, memory management, and model serving latency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous engineering standards.
- AI Ethics & Safety: Implement guardrails and safety protocols to ensure deployed models adhere to responsible AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to Machine Learning infrastructure and distributed systems.
- Core Technologies: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Kubernetes.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience designing solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure with a focus on auto-scaling and serverless architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges related to high availability and data consistency.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts for cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
