Responsibilities
- Architect the Vision: Define the technical roadmap and architectural strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Lead Engineering: Guide a cross-functional squad of AI researchers and software engineers to deliver breakthrough models on time.
- System Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure neural network infrastructures for high-volume data processing.
- Innovation: Research and integrate cutting-edge technologies, including next-gen quantum algorithms and generative AI, to accelerate development.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to maintain system integrity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performance engineering teams.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical problems.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with tight deadlines.
