Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models for the Project 2026 infrastructure, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Lead a cross-functional team of Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists to drive research and development.
- Design robust neural network architectures using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Optimize existing algorithms for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct technical reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven experience in designing and deploying LLMs and NLP solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
