- Innovation Implementation: Propose and prototype novel algorithms for next-gen neural networks and deep learning models.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure real-time processing speeds and low-latency outputs for complex AI computations.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration across all product lines, aligning with company vision.
- Compliance & Ethics: Oversee the implementation of AI ethics guidelines and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and large-scale system architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
