Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance machine learning pipelines using Python, Rust, and Go.
- Lead a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers to deliver the 2026 roadmap.
- Establish technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for AI deployment.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern system programming languages.
- Expertise in designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of data engineering, MLOps, and DevOps practices.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for ethical AI development.
