Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and implement the core neural network architectures for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Model Development: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research (e.g., Transformers, Reinforcement Learning) and integrate cutting-edge methodologies.
- Infrastructure & Optimization: Collaborate with DevOps to build robust pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deploying models at scale.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in our systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Proven track record designing distributed systems and high-throughput inference engines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
