Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic AI Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business goals.
- Architect high-performance, scalable machine learning systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers.
- Ensure the ethical implementation of AI, establishing governance frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business initiatives.
- Pioneer research in emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Neural Networks.
- Drive innovation through continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) of AI models.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role within AI/ML.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to foresee industry trends and plan for long-term technological evolution.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
