Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI infrastructure, identifying emerging trends in quantum computing and generative models.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, distributed AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data flows with zero downtime.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, conducting code reviews and architectural deep-dives to ensure best practices.
- Research & Development: Collaborate with R&D labs to prototype next-gen algorithms and integrate them into our core product suite.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for C-suite executives and product managers.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce rigorous security protocols and ethical AI guidelines to protect user data and system integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Future-Ready Skills: Familiarity with quantum algorithms or neuromorphic computing concepts is a strong plus.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of designing systems that scale from prototype to production in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
