Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy high-performance AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Design and implement proprietary algorithms to enhance our core product capabilities.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers.
- Establish best practices for model training, validation, and deployment (MLOps).
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior staff members.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing scalable distributed systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
