Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed systems.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Optimize model inference latency to ensure real-time performance for our edge applications.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model versioning, and CI/CD automation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability and security compliance across all AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing (Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI.
- Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
