Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable AI infrastructure designed for 2026 performance standards.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for our core AI products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Implement best practices for model deployment, MLOps, and ethical AI governance.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business insights.
- Optimize algorithmic efficiency to handle petabyte-scale datasets with zero latency.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale Machine Learning systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision technologies is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
