Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure designed for the 2026 era.
- Lead research and development in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Autonomous Agents.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate strategic vision into technical roadmaps.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for zero-latency performance.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and data governance.
- Drive the adoption of ethical AI frameworks and compliance standards.
- Present technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models in production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, high availability, and scalability.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
