Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures that can handle the demands of next-generation data processing and neural network training.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical strategy and roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence by mentoring senior engineers and conducting code reviews that enforce high standards of quality and security.
- Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, product management, and executive leadership to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously analyze system performance to identify bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to ethical AI standards and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks. Experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments and pivot quickly based on new market insights.
