Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and ML engineers in research and deployment.
- Define architectural patterns for real-time data processing and edge computing.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with global standards (GDPR/CCPA).
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Optimize existing models for latency and throughput in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI governance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI systems in production.
- Expert knowledge of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional agile teams.
