Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructures capable of supporting next-generation Large Language Models and multimodal agents.
- Lead a team of elite data scientists and engineers in researching novel neural architectures and reinforcement learning strategies.
- Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term AGI development goals.
- Oversee the integration of ethical constraints and safety protocols directly into the model training pipeline.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Optimize system latency and throughput for real-time inference in distributed computing environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in designing and deploying AI/ML systems at scale.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and high-performance computing.
- Experience with quantum computing principles is a significant plus.
