Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines using Python and modern cloud infrastructure.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge generative models, focusing on efficiency and multimodal capabilities.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI engineering within the organization.
- Mentor and grow a team of senior data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure model fairness, transparency, and security in alignment with global AI regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models handling terabytes of data.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performance engineering teams.
- Experience with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI governance.
