Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines designed for the 2026 data landscape.
- Lead research initiatives into next-generation neural network architectures, including Transformers and Diffusion models.
- Define technical vision and roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term product goals.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex AI concepts into actionable engineering strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps practices.
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI systems from conception to deployment at scale.
