Responsibilities

- Pioneer New Algorithms: Lead research initiatives into Transformer variants and neuromorphic computing to improve model efficiency by 40%.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Large Language Models (LLMs), from training to inference optimization.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of 10+ AI engineers and Data Scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
