Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI infrastructure, specifically focusing on the evolution of Large Language Models (LLMs) towards Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and real-time inference.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing integration and Neuromorphic computing paradigms.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior and senior engineers alike in cutting-edge AI methodologies.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines for algorithmic bias, data privacy, and AI safety.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, partners, and the public.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior AI/ML leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, and C++. Deep understanding of PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems at scale (AWS, GCP, or Azure architecture).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and adapt quickly to the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders.
