Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead research and development efforts in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning to achieve state-of-the-art model performance.
- Define technical vision and best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning) to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale production ML models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
