Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning infrastructure for 2026-era applications.
- Drive the research and development of proprietary AI models, including Large Language Models and computer vision systems.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards to ensure long-term system stability and scalability.
- Mentor and coach a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into cutting-edge technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and cost-efficiency in high-volume environments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
