Responsibilities
- Architect and implement highly scalable microservices designed for 2026 workloads and AI integration.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics into core products.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and system reliability.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team through technical coaching and career planning.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and architectural assessments to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of system design patterns.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and managing large-scale cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong background in AI/ML model deployment and MLOps pipelines.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
