Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.

- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation.
